Our refunds policy is designed to adhere to the regulations outlined in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 of Australia, as well as Parts 6 and 7 of the Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010. 30-Day Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you decide that the item you've ordered is not suitable, you may return it within this timeframe for a refund or exchange.

Free Returns on Faulty Items:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we want to make it right. Returns for faulty items are free of charge for our customers. Please contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the return process and provide you with a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we are happy to facilitate the exchange. However, the cost of shipping for the replacement item will be covered by the customer. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns Process for Faulty or Incorrect Items:

Returning a faulty or incorrect item is hassle-free at Good Enough Living. Simply reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item and confirm its faulty or incorrect nature, we will process your refund promptly.

Refund Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date the returned item is received. We appreciate your patience as we ensure that the refund is accurate and complies with our policy.

Restocking Fee:

Please note that for general returns (non-faulty items), a restocking fee of 15% will apply. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Additionally, the original shipping cost incurred by Good Enough Living for the initial delivery will also be deducted from the refund.

Your Refund:

Upon approval of your refund, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the restocking fee and original shipping cost to your original payment method. We will send you a notification once the refund is processed.
