1. Dispatch and Delivery Time:

Our commitment to prompt delivery begins after your payment has been cleared, and the item is dispatched from our warehouse. Typically, this process takes 1-2 working days after the receipt of cleared payment. Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Victoria: Approximately 3-8 working days.
  • NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Approximately 5-10 working days.
  • WA, NT, and TAS: Approximately 7-14 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, and unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other external factors, may impact the actual delivery timeframe.

2. Delivery Partners:

We work with reputable delivery partners, including Australia Post, Aramex, and Allied Express, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items. However, it's important to note that we, along with our delivery partners, cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, as these are factors beyond our control.

3. Undeliverable Packages:

In the rare event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email to address the issue and make appropriate arrangements.

4. Inaccurate Address:

If there are any discrepancies in your provided address and the product is returned to us, a member of our customer care team will reach out to you. Please be aware that a re-delivery cost will be incurred for any products that are returned due to address inaccuracies.

5. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt:

For Australia Post deliveries, if you are not present when the order is delivered, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and you can pick up the parcel at your local post office.

If your item is delivered by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance to deliver your item at your convenience. However, a re-delivery cost will apply if you are not home at the arranged time.

6. Rejected by Receiver:

If your item is intended as a gift, please ensure that the receiver is informed to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will be incurred if the parcel needs to be resent.

7. Delivery Delays:

The expected delivery times provided by our courier partners are for reference only. Various factors, including but not limited to weather conditions and unforeseen challenges, may lead to delays. If you do not receive your item within ten business days, kindly contact our customer service team for assistance.

8. Undeliverable Postcodes:

While we strive to deliver to as many locations as possible, there are a few postcodes that may be undeliverable for certain SKUs. In such cases, an additional shipping fee may be charged, or orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded with email notification. Please contact your account manager for more information if you have specific delivery requirements.

9. International Shipping and P.O. Boxes:

As of now, we only deliver within Australia, and we do not ship to international destinations. Additionally, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

10. Pick-Up and Self-Arranged Courier:

Pick-up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse to ensure the efficient dispatch of all goods. Our distribution center is optimized to handle deliveries promptly and efficiently.
